This home is near Beaver Lake for you and your family to relax and get away from it all. We are located in the Hickory Creek area of Northwest Arkansas. Our vacation home is a 2,400 sq. ft Home with split floor plan great for entertaining . Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with wood burning stove, Smart TV, and has a sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen with dining area and eat at bar. Large Private in-ground salt water swimming pool. Fire pit, Gazebo seats 8, Sunbathing for 4
Home Sleeps 15 (10 comfortably 5 with pullouts).
Master Suite has private bathroom, King pillow top bed, walk in-closet, indirect lighting, cable and smart tv , a sitting room with desk overlooking pool and lake view, printer and wifi has 2 single pullout sleepers
Bedroom 2 has Queen pillow top bed, dresser with mirror, walk in closet & tv
Bedroom 3 is the “kids room” has bunk bed with twin on top and twin trundle at bottom , a fort inside of bunk bed.. 3rd bed is a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. room also has walk-in closet.Room sleeps 5
Bedroom 4 has queen pillow top bed, smart T.V has closet and a bathroom just out side of room.
We provide many amenities to our guests, including the following:

Summary: We came for our daughter's graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of room I the house and everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. No one felt like they were on top of each other. Kitchen had plenty of supplies if you wanted to cook. The opened the pool for us and even though it was too cold in the year to use it, we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views of Beaver Lake. It is a little hard to find for a ride share or delivery app, but with a little extra instruction, everyone did. It is about 30 minutes to the campus but it is a super easy drive. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

Summary: The pictures of the home is nothing compared to how it looks in person! The property was so beautiful inside and out! It sucks that I booked it while the pool was closed, but we still had a great time. Im so glad Crystal let me host my baby’s first birthday here. We also did a late small easter egg hunt with the kiddos in the huge backyard! The view in the backyard was beautiful!!! I will most definitely book again! But with the pool being open this time. Lol

Summary: All 4 generations loved staying here. We were only 2 miles from our grandson and his fiancé new home. We used the pool a lot and everything was so clean and wonderful. Our son and daughter-in-law may book it again with friends in the future.

Summary: My kids and their families gather here twice each year for fun and fellowship. It has plenty of space for us to hangout together and have privacy when needed. We love how beautiful and quiet the area is. We even got to see some deer come up from the woods for their morning snack!

Summary: This place was fantastic for a girls weekend! The owners have been so responsive and the house is better than the description! I had seen a previous posts about parking issues but there is plenty of space to park numerous cars. We had 4, but o think even 6 would be easy. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with all the amenities listed.
